Common Questions

It depends on the task. Each model family has different strengths in reasoning, speed, context length and cost. We often prototype with more than one, recommend the one that performs best on your real data, and design the system so you aren't locked into a single provider.

Any language model can produce wrong answers, so we design around it: grounding answers in your own content, limiting what the agent is allowed to do, adding confirmation steps for sensitive actions, and routing uncertain cases to a person.

We use the providers' business API offerings, keep data in your own accounts and infrastructure wherever possible, and send the model only what it needs for each task. We walk you through the full data flow before we build.

You do. API keys, provider accounts and source code are set up under your ownership, so you keep full control after the project ends.
