Why start with one workflow

Most businesses don't need "an AI strategy" to get started. They need one process that eats hours every week and an honest answer about whether software can handle it. Looking closely at a single workflow tells us more than a long discovery call, and it gives you something concrete to decide on, whether you work with us or not.

What to send us

A few plain sentences are enough. No documents or system access needed at this stage.

• The workflow: what happens, step by step, from the moment a message, call or request comes in.
• Who does it today: roles, not names, and roughly how often it happens.
• The tools involved: WhatsApp, phone, email, your CRM, booking system, spreadsheet, helpdesk.
• Where it hurts: slow replies, missed calls after hours, copy-pasting between systems, leads going cold.
• Your markets and languages: for example the US in English, or the UAE in English and Arabic.

Please don't send passwords, customer data or anything confidential. A description is all we need.

What you get back, in writing

• A step-by-step breakdown of your workflow, marking each step as automate, assist (AI drafts, a person approves) or keep human.
• The right tool for each step: an AI agent, a WhatsApp chatbot, an AI voice agent, SMS automation, or a simple no-code workflow, and why.
• What has to be in place first: the accounts, integrations, content and approvals the automation would depend on, such as a WhatsApp Business Platform number or SMS sender registration in your market.
• Risks and limits: where AI could give a wrong answer, where a human handoff is needed, and any messaging or consent rules to plan for.
• A sensible first version: the smallest piece worth building first, so you can test the idea before committing to more.

What this is not

It isn't a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. If the honest answer is that your workflow is better handled by a template, a shared inbox or an off-the-shelf tool you already pay for, that's what we'll write. Do you need access to our systems?

No. The audit is based on your description. If you later decide to build, we'll agree on access, data handling and account ownership in a written scope before any work starts.

Can I send more than one workflow?

Start with the one that costs your team the most time. Once you've seen the review, we're happy to look at the next one.

Will you recommend a specific AI provider?

Only where it matters. We work with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs and the WhatsApp Business Platform, and we'll explain the trade-offs for your case rather than default to one.

What happens if we decide to build?

We turn the review into a written scope with deliverables and timeline. You own the code and every API and provider account, and you talk directly with the engineers doing the work.
